Technical specification
Accuracy
The system will weigh to an accuracy of 1/100 of a gram. Dependent
on the user-interface, the display will show the weight of each
component in 1 gram or 1/10 of a gram. (for user-interfaces see
separate documentation)
Configuration
The FGB-MINI is designed as standard for the dosing of four
components and all construction and material contact parts are in
stainless steel. The removable hoppers are provided with a new
design of vertical slide gate and the unique mixing chamber with
integrated mixer and closing slide can be removed in one piece being
designed to completely discharge all material so cleaning is easy
and fast. Dependent on the process, the FGB-MINI can be delivered
with an economic plug-in interface (microprocessor controlled) or a
sophisticated industrial PC with touch screen. All material hoppers
can be equipped with low level sensors for an additional warning
(option).
These units can be supplied with small hopper loaders, vacuumpump
with filter and control.
