UPM Group of companies were founded in 1975 by Mike McWilliams and Roy
Fowler, pictured right.
The companies were formed to specialise in providing ancillary equipment
and services to the Worlds' Plastics Industry.
We have over 100 major installations worldwide and some 1,600
clients using UPM standard products. The company has and is fulfilling
an ambition to be a major player whilst retaining the small company
image and offering a personal service to it's customers.
The UPM mission statement is the cornerstone of our success, which is to
develop a partnership style trading relationship with major companies,
where UPM are the preferred supplier. We believe that we have achieved
this ideal with our programme of equipment.
As engineers to the worlds' plastics industry, our aim is to be
considered as a highly respected company for the supply of quality and
technically innovative machinery.
This machinery will be produced for the market competitively and
profitably - right first time, through teamwork and for the benefit of
the Customer and the Company.
